Senior Pastor: Douglas Geeze, pastor of Faith Baptist Church since 1989, is a graduate of Houghton College in Western New York and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife Joanne have been married since 1984 and have been blessed with Matthew, Jonathan and Caroline. Joanne is a music teacher in Southboro. She is part of our Praise Team as well as our youth ministry.

Youth Pastor: Adam Ganong joined us September 2007. He is a graduate of New Brunswick Bible Institute.  Adam plans to attend Bethel Seminary of the East (right here at FBC) the fall of 2008 to attain his Masters in Divinity. Married since 1999 to his wife, Audrey, Adam moved here from New Brunswick specifically to minister to our youth. They reside in Spencer with their dog, Hannah.

 

Children's Ministry Coordinator: Sue Scott has been involved with ministering to children for 30 years. From Good News Clubs and children's theatre to writing curriculum and co-directing V.B.S., she has always had a special place in her heart for kids. She and her husband, Steve, live here in Auburn and have two grown children, Kimberlyn and Tim.


Our Deacons exist to help and encourage those in need both in our congregation and in our community. They are trained to offer financial counseling as well as crisis care. We collect a special deacons' fund offering monthly so they can assist people as needs arise.

Charis Counseling Center of Auburn is located in our building and offers professional Christian counseling to anyone seeking help. Their staff provides individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults, along with families, couples and groups. Most private insurances are accepted.
