Since its beginnings, Faith Baptist Church has been committed to being an instrument in the transformation of unchurched people into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Begun as a church plant in the 1960’s, Faith’s main goal was to reach its community with the timeless message of God’s grace found in Jesus Christ alone. Starting out in the Town Hall with a handful of people, Faith has grown significantly since those early days of its inception – now comprising individuals from over 30 different communities, a variety of ethnic groups, and a mixture of generations.

 God provided a building for this new church plant in December of 1967, which is our current chapel and office space. Since that time, Faith has undergone various phases of building and expansion. Our most recent addition, which was begun in October 2004, includes a new auditorium and new classroom space – ample area for Faith to continue to grow and expand its ministries and vision for the next several years.

 Faith Baptist Church, a member of the Conservative Baptist Association, is also the home of Bethel Seminary of the East and Charis Counseling Center, Inc.
